The Master of Change and Organisational Resilience at AcademyEX explores transformative projects within organisations. I am pursuing this Masters currently, with my research focus being developing a framework that measures purpose implementation, with a view to create a tool that facilitates long term transformation and business success.

I am currently seeking companies to participate in my study.

The process and more information

Participation involves appointing one person: CEO, COO, lead marketer or head of people, to provide information such as annual report, staff engagement survey, internal communications and recent customer research.

A minimal number of short interviews with key stakeholders such as a board member would also be required.

Key dates:

Research will be completed by March 2025, with scores and recommendations May/July 2025.

Research Objective

1 Establish a purpose framework

Research and aggregate indicators to measure purpose implementation within organisations.

3 Identify a purpose score for each participant to validate the framework and approach
